A Cook is responsible for the implementation of the daily menus according to the shift. 6AM-2PM shift produces daily breakfast menus for memory care and assisted living. This shift will also begin prepping for lunch time meal. 10:30AM-7PM shift produces lunch meal with first shift and then will begin and produce dinner meal for memory care and assisted living. (Independent Living will follow the Chef Executive directions on daily menus and shift times.

Cleaning dishes during shift both before and after meals. This includes but is not limited to plates, silverware, and glassware. Will be accountable for assorting and separating, as well. Daily sweeping and/or mopping of kitchen floor according to shift. Maintaining a sanitized kitchen Reporting to Chef Executive/Food Service Director for directions on menu preparation, daily duties, and any other questions regarding shift duties. Following of all menu items and/or prep items according to dietary and resident needs and standards. May be required to perform other task that is asked by management team. Required to stay alert and attentive during all scheduled work hours. Must wear hair restraints during all meal preparation and serving.
