Position Overview:

Marin Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility in San Rafael, CA. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.


• Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.


• Monitoring and documenting patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs.


• Providing education and support to patients and their families.


• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care.

• Current California RN license in good standing.


• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility or acute care setting preferred.


• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
