Job Description:

The Salesforce Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and managing Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. This includes planning, execution, and delivery of solutions on time, within scope, and on budget. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and third-party vendors to ensure that Salesforce solutions drive business value and customer success. The individual will be primarily responsible for design, structure, and maintenance across several platforms including but not limited to - Salesforce - EFX4BIZ, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Integrations, Customer Portals, Customer Onboarding and Mulesoft.

In order to be successful, the individual must be skilled at managing a diverse team of technical resources(Business Analysts, Quality Engineers, Developers and Architects), budgeting, and resource modeling, business case processes, leading project teams through all phases, from requirement gathering and design to deployment and post-implementation support.

What you will do


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are managed and aligned with project objective
  • Ensure effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact project success
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are followed, and solutions meet business and technical requirements
  • Manage a team of Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA resources and developers ensuring the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce platform updates, releases, and new features, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of the platform
  • Forecast resource needs and ensure that project teams are adequately staffed to meet project goals
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and performance to stakeholders and senior management
  • Provide regular updates on project milestones, delivery timelines, and overall project health
  • Manage all Security practices and ensure all mandatory security reviews/controls are completed prior to any deployments
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to track the success of Salesforce implementations and ensure projects deliver the expected business outcomes

What experience you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience managing Technology projects, with a track record of delivering successful implementations
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, AHA etc)
  • Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and experience with Salesforce modules (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, resources, and risks
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Project Manager) are preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, customization, integration, and data migration best practices
  • Executive level communication skills
