Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded HR Business Manager to join our team. This position’s focus includes aligning HR practices with the organization’s growth objectives, creating a consistent and effective employee experience and optimizing HR systems and processes to ensure smooth integration throughout. This pivotal role will steer end-to-end HR initiatives, inclusive of systems implementation and optimization, business processes improvement, acquisitions integration, etc.


The salary for this role will be between $108,022 and $162,303. The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.  Hired candidate may be eligible for healthcare benefits, 401K plan, short term & long-term disability coverage, life insurance, vacation & sick time, educational assistance, and several holidays.  Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards


Key Responsibilities:



  • Implement, optimize, and streamline HR systems, processes and workflows. Develops processes that align with expected business outcomes, including HR service delivery model triage, HR digitalization, etc.

  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Monitor, track, and analyze project and integration work, generating reports and metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement. Create reporting templates, project plans/timelines, and key integration documents to keep leadership informed throughout the process.

  • Maintain regular communication with all relevant stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and results of HR projects and related initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline HR operations.

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful achievement of HR’s strategic goals and objectives related to projects, systems and processes improvement and integration, etc.

  • Support change management efforts by effectively preparing teams for change transitions, communicating effectively, and work cross-functionally to provide necessary training and resources.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, HR Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Experience identifying and driving process improvement and automate workflows to enhance efficiency and business effective impact.

  • Prefer 5 - 10+ years of experience in HR business integration, project management, systems implementation, and M&A.

  • Strong understanding of business operations, HR processes, and systems.

  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and small- to large-scale projects, with a particular focus on HR-related systems and processes.

  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage change and lead teams through transitions effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and all levels of staff.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar tools).

  • Knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) and their implementation is highly desirable.

  • Experience in M&A processes, including post-acquisition integration and due diligence.

  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
