Job Description:

Responsibilities



  •  Responsible for the accurate quotation of TowHaul OEM parts

  • Responsible for processing and tracking of customer orders for TowHaul OEM parts

  • Work with engineering, systems, purchasing, and production teams to provide estimated lead times for delivery

  • Customer communication and follow up throughout the quotation and order process

  • Report problem areas to applicable internal team (service, engineering, sales, executive)

  • Responsible for developing strong client relationships

  • Position will require proactive calling on customers to consistently meet sales goals


Qualifications Required



  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be proficient in MS Office, CRM

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

  • Proven ability to follow specific instruction, manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

  • Must be able to work effectively with both internal and external customers

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport


Qualifications Desired



  • Ability to read, understand, and decipher parts manuals and technical drawings

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Experience utilizing Epicor ERP software, or a similar ERP software

  • Experience using SolidWorks a plus

  • Foreign language skills a plus
