Job Summary: As a Project Quotation Specialist at Bray International, you will be instrumental in reviewing customer specifications, selecting the appropriate Bray products, and preparing detailed pricing quotes. You will collaborate closely with both customers and the sales team to deliver quotes that align with project requirements, deadlines, and budgets. Your role will involve managing large, high-value projects, sometimes exceeding $10 million, on an international scale. This position offers significant growth potential within the company and provides an opportunity to enhance both your technical and client-facing skills.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Review and analyze customer specifications in detail to create accurate, comprehensive quotations.

  • Collaborate with global sales teams and customers to ensure the correct Bray products are selected to meet technical specifications.

  • Provide technical support to distributors and customers regarding Bray products.

  • Ensure quotations are prepared and delivered in strict accordance with deadlines and customer expectations.

  • Handle large, complex projects, sometimes worth $10 million or more, with international scope and technical complexity.

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and distributors, providing continual support and building long-term partnerships.

  • Stay up to date with industry standards, product updates, and evolving client needs.

  • Adapt to new challenges, ensuring the team delivers solutions on time and within budget.


Qualifications and Ideal Experience:




  • 5+ years of experience in the valve industry, with a deep understanding of valve automation and associated components.


  • 5+ years of experience in automation systems, specifically related to actuation systems, control accessories, and hazardous location ratings.

  • In-depth knowledge of ASME and API codes is required.


  • Permanent work authorization for the USA is required.

  • Proficiency with Valve Sizing Programs, Actuator Sizing Programs, MRP Systems, MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe is necessary.

  • Specialized knowledge in automating butterfly valves, ball valves, and knifegate valves.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal administrative support while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-value projects.

  • High energy, flexible, self-starter mentality, with the ability to express opinions openly and work collaboratively to resolve conflicts.
