• Masters in psychology, Social Work, or a related field


• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in human services or child welfare programs


• OR a bachelor's degree in social work or related area of study and four (4) years' experience in human services or child welfare programs


• OR a doctorate degree in social work or a related area of study


• Experience in program development, and managing day-to-day operation of a community-based clinical and/or social service program for children, adolescents and families


• Must have a valid driver's license, ability to use a personal vehicle for work purposes, and appropriate vehicle insurance.
