Join the Retail Fresh Maintenance team as an Intermediate Software Engineer, where you will have the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Configuring and customizing enterprise level vendor software applications, including developing APIs, services, and batch jobs
Designing and developing enterprise class solutions using object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, UML, service-oriented architecture, and solution frameworks
Analyzing and translating business requirements into technology solutions that consider system performance, usability, quality, cross-system interdependencies, and scalability.
Performing problem determination and resolution for complex problems; analyzing root cause by researching current application code, then designing, coding, and testing a solution
Preparing and maintaining technical and user documentation for new and existing programs
Participating in after-hours implementations and issue resolutions, as needed
Facilitating clear and effective communications and collaborations with technical teams and business customers
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other analytical discipline or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience
Developing and supporting enterprise applications with .NET Framework (4.0 or higher) and/or .NET Core
Coding with C#
Developing APIs, services, batch jobs
Experience in developing web-based/mobile front ends on desktop and mobile, and backend platforms.
Experience in designing enterprise solutions using object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
Experience with SQL Server Database technology, source control technologies, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio 2019 and 2022
Experience developing Azure solutions.
Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
Experience with Agile and Scrum Development methodologies.
Experience with retail operations and related application software systems.
1+ years of experience developing mobile applications using .NET MAUI, Kotlin, or Xamarin
Intermediate knowledge of:
Angular
Kubernetes
Kafka
Azure SQL (or other cloud databases)
Test Driven Development (TDD)
Automated unit testing
Experience or desire to work in event-based/micro-service style architecture.
