Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the datacenters and substations. The ideal candidate will have experience in commissioning, electrical testing, and relay testing.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair services on electrical equipment in datacenters and substations
• Conduct commissioning and testing of electrical systems and equipment
• Perform relay testing and troubleshooting
• Provide technical support to clients and resolve any issues that arise
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service or related field
• Experience in commissioning, electrical testing, and relay testing
• Knowledge of datacenters and substations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces
