Colonial Vista Post Acute is looking for an experienced Maintenance Director to lead our facility's maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility, ensuring a safe and well-functioning environment
  


• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems


• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for building safety and maintenance


• Manage and coordinate outside vendors and contractors for repairs and inspections


• Supervise and train maintenance staff
  


• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
  


• Maintain inventory and order supplies and equipment as needed


• Ensure that the facility meets infection control and safety standards
