Your Role: Total Productive Maintenance Global Change Agent

This position entitled “TPM Global Change Agent” is a well-rounded operational excellence change leader who is a subject matter expert and leader in the field of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). This person will be charged with leading the introduction and transformation into a TPM organization by embedding the pillars of TPM while holding a balanced continuous approach with the use of Lean and Six Sigma tools and systems.

Your Responsibilities:

• Is considered a sensei in Lean and continuous improvement facilitation responsible for deployment of Lean tools and the Lean management system.


• Lead large and complex kaizen events and achieve rapid improvement results; both operationally based and transactionally based with a range of participants from shop floor operators to business leaders.


• Problem solve through the use and propagation of multiple problem-solving approaches such as DMAIC, A3, 8D, 3C and simple problem solving.


• Implement Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) business wide and with a high familiarity of what it takes to implement digital solutions for OEE across a site and network platform.


• Serve as a TPM coordinator and leader who implements the pillars of TPM across multiple sites on a business level and can demonstrate quick wins with the implementation of OEE, Autonomous Maintenance and Planned Maintenance.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• 
  Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management


• LSS Black Belt certification from a reputable organization


• TPM or JIPM certification or extensive training


• Industrial engineering and/or automation training/background


• 
  Experience: 5 years leading multiple-site TPM and Lean implementation

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

• Master's Degree


• Experience preferred in Biologics, Pharma, or Life Sciences

  Travel:  50% travel on short notice including Global travel.
