We are looking for an innovative product leader to drive transformation of the app creation and Marketplace experiences on the Fortellis platform. Fortellis is our API and App marketplace for automotive Dealers, OEMs, and third-party partners that serves 10K+ customers today with an experience that includes a developer tools, marketplaces, and a community for users. This role is blend of strategy, customer experience, and product development execution in a high-growth area of the company. A successful candidate will be a self-starter with business acumen, a growth mind-set, and enjoy working with customers and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems. This person needs to be able to lead product discovery and bring data and research into the feature prioritization process. This person will partner heavily with engineering, UX, customer success, operations, and marketing to drive transformation and automation of the Fortellis experience to enable growth of the products and services in the Fortellis Marketplace.
Position Responsibilities :
Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Fortellis App development and Marketplace experiences
Develop a strong and active community of app developers
Build strong partnerships with other product teams, marketing, sales, customer success, operations, UX, and engineering to drive cross-functional execution of the product roadmap
Develop measurable OKRs that define success and drive toward accomplishing those OKRs
Understand user pain points and build strategies to deliver an exceptional customer experience and improve Net Promotor Score
Strongly partner with Engineering to deliver the product roadmap
Define success metrics for the product and report on data-driven outcomes to the business & leadership
Drive adoption and utilization of the marketplace and the products available within it
Simplify the Dealer subscription process and improve the User Experience of Dealer Portal
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Engineering or equivalent industry experience. An MBA is a plus.
5+ years of Product Management and/or equivalent experience in Enterprise SaaS, full product lifecycle management.
Preferred knowledge of automotive industry or relevant customer environment & technical domain.
Experience with Pragmatic Institute, SAFE, and Agile methodologies.
Experience in Agile software/DevOps methodologies & working with globally distributed teams.
Excellent critical thinking skills; ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Experience in presenting to senior level customers & internal stakeholders.
Ability to listen, consider, and prioritize feedback from multiple sources.
Financial acumen to support the development of business cases/monetization options.
Highly motivated 'go-getter' driven to achieve business results with the ability to remain positive & focused on delivering customer outcomes.
Travel up to 25% of time.
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000
