Support Internal Sales Operations & Analytics Team with review and management of internal data for Orders/Sales Forecast and Resource Planning for periodic Analysis and Reporting. Support all functions related Customer Order Acceptance, Internal Processing and Reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following:
Support Data Maintenance and Preparation of Operational Sales Reporting for Customer Orders/Sales and Forecasted Pipeline and Demand Resource Planning.
Lead review of Salesforce CRM Forecast Pipeline and hold periodic review meetings with Sales and Tendering Data Owners.
Organize Salesforce CRM Data Entry and Management of Commercial Pipeline requirements for Internal Material & Service Resources. Schedule periodic review meeting with Internal Data Owners and Support resource analysis for SIOP Planning.
Support Management of KPI Reporting Data in Salesforce CRM.
Manage Alignment of Monthly/Quarterly Customer Order Bookings with Internal Operating Procedures and Salesforce CRM Requirements for Internal Approval and Transaction Closing
Assist in Annual, Quarterly & Monthly sales report preparation as required.
Provide Backup Support for Tasks Related to Customer Order Booking and Approval Including:
Collection and Review of all documentation related to acceptability for pricing, scope, commercial terms, legal, tax, delivery, export compliance and ITAR and Coordination with Internal Stakeholders as required.
Support Management and storage of all Customer Orders, Approval, and Backup documentation for SOP alignment and audit History
Input and maintenance of SAP Customer Order/SD transactions in alignment with Tax, Finance, Central Planning and Execution Team(s) requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education & Training
Associate Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance preferred
Must complete EHS assigned regulatory training for work area as described by PSM’s EHS Training Matrix
Skills/Experience
2+ years of experience with Sales Team and Operations Support
2+ years of experience with Sales Forecast Management and Analysis
2+ years of experience with management and analysis of internal sales and execution process
2+ years of working knowledge with Sales Operations processes specific to the Order and Revenue Cycles
2+ years of working knowledge and experience of SAP or equivalent ERP system specific to Sales Order, Demand and Execution Modules
2+ years of working knowledge and experience of Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM system (Salesforce Reporting/Dashboard experience a plus)
Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Sales Process, From Proposal through Order Execution
Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and investigation for solution prior to escalation
Experience initiating process improvement for job related responsibilities
Demonstrated ability for prioritization and self-management of job functions
Demonstrated high level of accountability and ownership of assigned responsibilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Thorough understanding of MS office suite of software, in particular Excel & Power Point. (Moderate to Advanced Excel a Plus)
