Office Administrator
Stafford, VA
The Office Assistant will play an integral role in support of the Corps Solutions' team. The Office Administrator will work 30-40 hours per week, directly report to the Chief of Staff and receive guidance from all members of the Headquarters team. The responsibilities of the Office administrator will include the following tasks:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office.
Handle incoming phone calls and record messages for the respective staff member.
Greet visitors and direct them to the respective staff member.
Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
Monitor inventory, order, and maintain office supplies and company gear.
Monitor, shop, and stock office kitchen and refrigerator.
Fax, scan, and copy documents.
Prepare employee gifts for engraving and mailing.
Perform office related errands, such as shopping, going to the post office, Crown Trophy, and other locations as needed.
Provide support to the Headquarter team, to include but not limited to:
Post and maintain job opportunities.
Update and maintains company social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Create and maintain files for human resources, security, travel and contract management.
Maintain company roster for CEO.
Assist in collecting and recording receipts provided by the CEO.
Provides assistance with and handles clothing orders and delivers to Crown Trophy for embroidery.
Assist with and handle office events and meetings, including scheduling and managing attendees.
Assist with and handle general maintenance of office equipment and facilities, including managing repairs, scheduling maintenance, and ordering equipment as needed.
Perform all other duties, as assigned.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
A minimum two (2) years of office administrative experience required.
Experience specializing in a discipline related to human resources, business development, marking, management, entrepreneurship, information technology, general administration, or an equivalent combination thereof preferred.
Experience working with government contracts and/or military services preferred.
Prior experience or familiarity with contracts and travel administration is preferred.
Experience and understanding of human resources or accounting information systems preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Demonstrates the ability to focus and remain seated for prolonged durations within an office setting.
Ability to climb stairs, as the building does not have elevator access.
Travel in local area during workday (including use of personal vehicle)
