Your Role:
To be successful a successful Regional Sales Analyst "RSA" you need to be service minded, have solid business acumen, and experience in applying advanced analytics in support of sales processes and commercial activities. You will need a structured approach on task management to delivery and be able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment. The position is to challenge, train, inspire and support the commercial organization. This individual will own and maintain sales data quality, business intelligence, and forecast accuracy along with actively decreasing the administration load for the commercial organization through smarter and more efficient work processes.
Responsibilities of the position:
Analytical skills to respond to requested changes and identify need for potential customizations.
On time in full delivery of data to drive commercial strategy and to be used in customer engagements.
Support Account Managers in their commercial records; Specifically, as it pertains to forecast accuracy and SFDC.
A solid understanding of business processes related to commercial, sales, and marketing.
Understanding of the organizational structure and culture to help build relationships with key user groups across the enterprise for the advancement of commercial activities and eventually increase in revenues.
Tasks, and Deliverables:
Serve as a cornerstone to the Americas Commercial Department and Leadership Team.
Preparation of analytics to enable decision making on commercial strategy and customer activities.
Project and process manage commercial deal teams and Account Managers in opportunity management.
Challenge Account Managers: Assist in their commercial activities and work with them in developing the tools, materials, and analytics needed for the recognition of for KPI actuals against targets.
Use relevant BI/AI available and create presentations for customer meetings, business reviews, etc.
Support in the development and then delivery of the Americas Region commercial strategy and setting of priorities; Then follow through and monitor the progress of KPI actuals against targets.
Liaise with Marketing on NPIs (campaigns) launch planning, Communication and support of Account Managers with deployment of training material, value propositions, commercial activity tracking, etc.
Help determine and follow up on revenue/budget targets and KPIs together with Account Managers and Americas Leadership Team.
Drive accuracy in forecasts, address deviations, and monitor revenue recognition on lines of business.
Own SFDC content and is responsible for leveraging the asset from a reports perspective to drive decisions and continuous improvement; Collaborates with CRM Manager (Marketing) on SFDC best practices.
Liaison across the Americas Commercial Department and report on what tools, resources, etc. are needed to maintain the company's market position.

Location: US home based located in the Midwest or Eastern USA. Travel up to 10% to support with commercial activities, attend meetings.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
Business or Engineering bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience working with CRM, ERP, BI/AI software applications and SFDC and SAP
Preferred Qualifications:
Business or Engineering bachelor's degree, with a focus on Data Analytics, Computer Science a plus
Documented experience supporting and working in Commercial Department/Sales Organization support role(s).
Proficient in Microsoft 365 with a focus on analytical applications.
Proficient in CRM, ERP, BI/AI software applications; Experience with SFDC and SAP a plus.
Pay Range for this position - $49,500 - $148,900
