Job Description:

Intrepid Global Solutions (Intrepid) is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Program Manager to join our National Security, Engineering, and Technology Solutions (NSETS) business unit. This position will serve as a key member of the National Security leadership team and will be responsible for leading a large Facilities Services Management program within the Intelligence Community (IC).

The Program Manager will have overall program management responsibilities ensuring program health in scope, financials, personnel, deliverables, security, vendors, customer satisfaction, and contract growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Overall program management of the 100 FTE program providing comprehensive, performance-based Base of Operations Services (BOS) including: Facility operations; Project management for renovation, minor construction, and major equipment repair; Engineering, construction, and operations support; Custodial services; Grounds maintenance; Environmental, safety, and occupational health support; Food services; Motor pool; Logistics; and Contractor security services.
• Overseeing the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures, and programs
• Maintain frequent customer engagement cadence with COTR, CO, and Government leadership.
• Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the supervisor and staff.
• Ensuring program is staffed with qualified personnel
• Monitoring cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs\
• Adhere to contractor's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) functions and safe work procedures.
• Provide a variety of administrative support in reviewing and maintaining project documentation and deliverables to the customer, editing documentation, providing public works and work management support in service order dispatching, and coordinating reporting and work order activity.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field from an accredited university
• 12 years of experience in project management

KNWOLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Experience supporting facility services management programs including Facility operations; Project management for renovation, minor construction, and major equipment repair; Engineering, construction, and operations support; Custodial services; Grounds maintenance; Environmental, safety, and occupational health support; Food services; Motor pool; Logistics; and Contractor security services.
• Successful track record of leading and managing programs in similar scope areas
• Customer IC domain experience and deep knowledge of McLean-based IC customer programs

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• PMP certification
• Experience leading large IC programs
