We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager at our manufacturing site in Russellville, Arkansas.
As the Continuous Improvement Manager, reporting to the Plant Manager, you will drive process optimization and foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence. By leveraging tools, systems, and methodologies, you will achieve targeted improvements and lead the implementation of a zero-loss manufacturing culture, promoting daily learning and sustainable performance enhancements in collaboration with the plant team. What you'll do:
Partner with the plant team to establish a zero-loss manufacturing culture, promoting daily learning and sustainable performance improvements.
Lead and engage team members to improve systems, processes, and procedures, providing guidance, coaching, and development for a team of 2-5 direct reports.
Provide direction, and subject matter expertise for Conagra Performance Systems (CPS) and other continuous improvement tools.
Lead the implementation and coordination of CPS across the site, collaborating with all pillar owners to achieve process improvement and results targets.
Align CPS activities with the Plant Manager and Platform Pillar Leads to achieve Plant and Platform goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, technicians, and platform resources) to plan and accomplish CPS actions.
Promote CPS concepts daily through coaching and auditing.
Prepare annual targets for continuous improvement and help prepare the annual Site Master Plan, Performance Improvement Plans, Capital Plan, and Financial Plans.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, Business, Management, or a related field.
5+ years of manufacturing operations management experience including food processing and high-speed packaging in a Continuous Improvement environment (HPWS/TPM/CPS, Lean Manufacturing, and related process improvement systems).
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams, with strong skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and unifying departments.
Experience facilitating cross-functional teams, overseeing root-cause analysis, data collection, and problem-solving using key HPWS/TPM/CPS concepts.
Working knowledge of production equipment and systems, including maintenance activities.

Physical Demands:
Work in a manufacturing environment with hot or cold areas, slippery surfaces, and the need to climb ladders and stairs. Exposure to all food allergens.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$104,000-$152,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
