Volt is immediately hiring Data Analyst in Culver City, CA.
As a Data Analyst, you will:
Primary Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth analytics to inform scheduling decisions, launch strategies, metrics, and programming for key stakeholders.
• Analyze content performance (streaming, linear, sports) using third-party data tools like Nielsen, ComScore, and Ampere to identify growth opportunities.
• Proactively identify and communicate viewership trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop expertise in industry trends and competitive title performance, translating these insights into actionable learnings for stakeholders.
• Contribute to modeling efforts across the content lifecycle.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on analytical experience, with a strong focus on generating actionable insights and recommendations.
• 3+ years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, with streaming experience a strong plus.
• Proficiency in SQL (ability to write and optimize queries), Excel (advanced functions), Tableau, and Nielsen data tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-faced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Analytics, Data Science).
This is a Full Time, Contract opportunity.
Shift: 1st shift
Duration: 9 months
Location: Culver City, CA
Pay Rate: $55- $57 per hour.
