ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Project Coordinator position will oversee project teams of one to five people, managing planning, scheduling, and control of activities. The role requires specialized knowledge of project details, including monitoring progress, recommending efficiency improvements, and developing budgetary estimates. The coordinator will also stay updated on new developments and technology relevant to the projects. This full-time position is located in Richland, WA.
Pay rate: $32.36 - $49

Responsibilities: Coordinate project teams of one to five people, overseeing planning, scheduling, and control of project and program activities. Serve as a specialist with detailed knowledge of all aspects of specific projects. Maintain a knowledge base of new developments and technology relevant to the projects. Monitor project progress and recommend changes to improve operating efficiency. Develop budgetary estimates for projects. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or a related field, with one year of experience in a technical field;
OR an associate degree with three years of experience;
OR a High School Diploma/GED with five years of experience in a technical field.
Basic knowledge of project management techniques and core values related to human performance and cost-effective work execution.
Proficient in using computer software tools.
Ability to exercise sound judgment, make decisions based on factual information, and consider organizational resources.
Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to set priorities and manage interrelated activities.
Ability to develop cost-benefit analyses to support project options.
Knowledge of applicable technical specifications, code requirements, and standards.
