Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare interiors and renovations to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects up to $10 million, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management: Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and design through to completion. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Healthcare Experience: Utilize your specialized knowledge of healthcare facility requirements, including compliance with health and safety regulations, to manage interior and renovation projects.
Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial objectives are met. Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project timelines and budgets.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including building codes and healthcare-specific requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on healthcare interiors and renovations.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. LEED accreditation is a plus.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of healthcare facility requirements, building codes, and regulations.
