Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Project Manager within our team. The Project Manager will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of projects for NYC client. The Project Manager will serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetwhile maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Track progress against the project plan, managing changes to scope, schedule, and budget as necessary.
Monitor project performance usingJIRA.
Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
identify and address risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field of study
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
8 + years of experience in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
8 + years of experience with hands on ability to successfully manage projects from start to finish.
Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent is preferred.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current
annual range is $95,000 to $158,000.
