JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to assist in maintaining training records, documentation logs, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will support the General Manager in ensuring that all records are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with company standards. This role is crucial to maintaining smooth operations and requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize employee training records and logs, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
• Create, update, and manage filing systems for physical and digital documents.
• Assist in scheduling training sessions and coordinating with trainers or employees as needed.
• Generate and distribute reports related to training, compliance, or other operational needs.
• Provide general administrative support to the General Manager, including preparing correspondence, managing calendars, and handling confidential information.
• Track deadlines for certifications, renewals, or other required documentation.
• Assist with training processes by ensuring documentation is properly filed.
• Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Hours: This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.
The hourly wage for this position is $20.00.
