Assoc. Director of Academic Services

Provide academic, personal support, instruction and guidance to Division I intercollegiate student-athletes at the University of Vermont. Perform needs assessments to identify resources to holistically support student-athletes. Support the goals and activities of the Department of Athletics Student-Athlete Success program. Demonstrate commitment to social justice and diversity.

Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Education or a related area with three years' experience working with college-age student-athletes. Knowledge of demands on student-athletes for NCAA Division I athletics program. Effective communication skills, both written and oral.

Masters Degree, Higher Education, Counseling, Guidance and/or teaching experience desirable.
