This is a contract-to-hire operating in a hybrid format with the office based out of Eden Prairie, MN.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Associate Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing the following tasks to ensure high-quality and efficient shipment processing:
Provide accurate shipment information, create orders, activate shipments, build and assign loads, and schedule appointments.
Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery, while resolving any issues that arise.
Monitor task boards and email accounts to respond to customer and carrier inquiries and ensure follow-through.
Document all actions and events in accordance with SOPs and escalate issues when necessary.
Validate load data for accuracy in systems according to company and customer standards.
Address customer and carrier requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned based on team and specific requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or GED.
Previous customer service experience.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.

Rotating Schedule: The position will operate on a rotating schedule. Example shifts include:
Sunday: 8am - 5pm
Monday: 4pm - 12am
Tuesday: 4pm - 12am
Wednesday: 4pm - 10pm
Thursday: 8am - 5pm
Friday: 4pm - 12am
Saturday: 8am - 5pm
Shifts will rotate as per the scheduling structure and may include both weekday and weekend hours.
