Overview:
Beacon Hill's client is seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support their President with a mix of administrative and office management tasks. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is flexible, enjoys supporting a senior executive, and can manage both executive duties and office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage the President's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
Handle email correspondence and assist with organizing tasks
Manage expense reports and ensure timely submission
Coordinate mail handling and deliveries
Office Management:
Ensure office is tidy and well-stocked, including managing supplies and stocking the fridge
Order office supplies and handle any errand-related tasks, such as picking up items or running lunch errands
Assist with event planning and logistics for leadership events or other special occasions
Maintain general office organization
Qualifications:
Experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or in a similar role
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional and polished communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently, be proactive, and handle confidential matters
Ability to be flexible with hours, and occasionally check in outside of scheduled time
