Overview
Fireman is seeking a motivated Consultant to join our expanding Experience Management practice. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of experience management within law firms, working with cutting-edge technology and data, and contributing to impactful business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of Fireman’s experience management services, including methodologies, frameworks, and thought leadership, with a focus on law firms’ use of experiential data.
Support clients in the design and implementation of technology solutions for experience management, working with platforms such as Foundation, Intapp, and other leading tools.
Collaborate with clients to deliver experience management solutions that enhance ROI and drive business impact, ensuring alignment with firms' data strategies and future business objectives.
Engage with both business and technical stakeholders, providing guidance and expertise to support strategic decision-making.
Play an active role in positioning experience management as a critical business tool, enhancing its value and adoption within client organizations.
Develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with client teams, including legal professionals and business support staff, to understand their experience management requirements and translate them into practical, effective solutions.
Contribute to the design, configuration, and deployment of experience management platforms, ensuring that both business and technical needs are met.
Develop project deliverables, including technical requirements, deployment strategies, and service transition plans, adhering to Fireman’s methodologies and client expectations.
Assist in optimizing business workflows using technology and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and meet client objectives.
Engage with client stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, key decisions, and communicate the value and business impact of the implemented solutions.
Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and assist in delivering platform enhancements that align with the clients’ long-term strategic goals.
Ensure product configuration aligns with data governance best practices to enable effective data management, reporting, and business workflows.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system issues, manage data imports, and develop integrations that provide clients with accurate, actionable insights.
Implement processes for capturing and maintaining experience data, including client, matter, and personnel profiles, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
Help establish and enforce governance standards and procedures to maintain the integrity and accuracy of data within the platform.
Develop and deliver training programs to promote user engagement, drive product adoption, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the platform.
Support product messaging and communication efforts to showcase the platform's value and impact on business outcomes.
Liaise with vendors, such as Litera, to address technical issues, manage enhancement requests, and stay updated on product developments.
Participate in industry initiatives and user group meetings to stay informed of best practices and integrate industry standards into client projects.
This role requires strong technical acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of experience management within the legal or professional services sectors.
The Compensation range for this role is 79,932.60 - 159,865.20 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
