Position Overview


The Landmark Coordinator must be able to think strategically while also being hands-on in overseeing the day-to-day execution of the agreed upon strategy with a focus on clients, people and brand desirability. They will be open and approachable and will work with both the central team and the local teams in a transparent, united and mutually supportive manner. Key Accountabilities:



  • Manage calendar for Market Vice President and across Landmark Executive Team, as needed.

  • Prepare and draft general correspondence.

  • Organize and maintain the Landmark office spaces.

  • Review and systematically approve expense reports for Landmark Executive team.

  • Develop and cultivate relationships with cross-functional Administrative and Executive assistants.

  • Prepare and submit facilities requests.

  • Ensure that all necessary preparations and tools are in place for scheduled meetings and special events both in-store and off-site.

  • Support travel planning (flights, hotels, visas, car rentals, reservations, etc.) and itineraries for Market Vice President.

  • Work on special projects as assigned by leadership.

  • Lead a wide variety of personal and professional tasks on an as needed basis.

  • Prepare Landmark team and space for domestic & international executive visitors.

  • Support additional administrative tasks as requested by Market Vice President.


Required Qualifications:



  • Ability to travel into the Flagship Building 5 days a week in person.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal direction as well as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Enjoys working with and supporting others in a fast-paced environment

  • A strong sense of independence and initiation

  • Ability to work on multiple projects while optimally prioritizing workload

  • Resilient, diplomatic, discreet, confidential and trustworthy

  • Maturity and discretion to handle confidential matters

  • Team player and proactive personality


The hiring range for this position ranges from $25.50 - $34.50 per hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
