Role Description
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining Oracle ERP applications, with a deep understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud ERP. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing new features and enhancements to our ERP system. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle ERP applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and implement new features and enhancements.
• Perform unit testing and debugging of applications.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ERP applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure applications run smoothly and efficiently.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Document technical specifications and processes.
• Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle ERP technologies and best practices.
• Assist in the planning and execution of ERP system upgrades.
• Develop and maintain integration solutions with other systems.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Participate in project planning and management activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Skills & Requirements
Must Haves:
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP development.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle database technologies.
• Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow.
• Familiarity with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle ADF.
• Understanding of ERP business processes and modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
