Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Management This is going to be fully onsite in Fort Washington, PA - MUST be local This is a 6 month W2 contract with potential for extensions.
Responsibilities
Project Accountability: Responsible for the project team, resources, and the success or failure of the project against scope, schedule, and budget.
Program Accountability: Accountable for the program team, resources, and the success or failure of the program against expected outcomes and benefits.
Project/Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing of assigned projects or programs.
Milestone Tracking: Identify and track key project or program milestones, baselining the critical path.
Team Assembly: Work with stakeholders and management to determine necessary skill sets and assemble the project or program team based on scope and expectations, including cross-department and outsourcing coordination as necessary.
Resource Negotiation: Negotiate and influence cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the project or program lifecycle.
Risk Management: Proactively anticipate project or program risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, ensuring adequate response strategies are in place to avoid compromising delivery or outcomes. Track, manage, and report as required.
Change Control: Ensure change control procedures and processes are efficiently and effectively used to maintain control of scope, resources, schedule, and cost.

Experience Requirements
Extensive Experience: 15+ years of experience in the field or an equivalent combination of suitable education and experience.
Certifications: PMI PMP Certification desired.
Industry Experience: Previous mortgage banking experience is a plus.
Tool Proficiency: Experience with Azure DevOps for project lifecycle management and defect tracking, and Smartsheet for project management, scheduling, and resource management is a plus.
IT Work Experience: Relevant IT work experience in distributed and heterogeneous computing environments, including both packaged and custom applications.
Technical Knowledge: Experience in IT procurement, technology software development, software engineering, QA, business systems analysis, user acceptance testing, and post-production support.
Infrastructure Knowledge: Knowledge of data center operations, telecommunications, network engineering, data center applications, client/server computing, and production operations support.
