Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;
Answer incoming dealer phone calls and process orders.Solicit Dealers for additional parts business. Ie, Powertrain, CP Parts Freon, Coolant.Give the customer the best possible service in regards to phone manners, and follow up phone calls.Process and follow up phone orders for specific delivery times.Run weekly and monthly reports designated by management.Keep accurate records of all transactions made for phone sales.Research inventory discrepancies, document errors, and changes. Report discrepancies to management.Keep parts office and personal work areas clean.Work in a professional manner with other employees in Accounting, Sales, Warehouse, and Fleet departments.
