We are seeking a Health Psychologist to:
Work primarily in a generalist capacity with approximately four hours/week dedicated to seeing patients with chronic pain.
Evaluate and treat patients with medical and mental health concerns, requiring short term behavioral interventions.
Collaborate with medical professionals as well as patients to design specific goals for brief treatment.
Provide consultation to patient and family using evidenced based treatment modalities.
Utilize screening measures to monitor progress and outcomes to assess benefits of treatment.

Qualifications
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or related field Required
Work Experience
1 year of post-doc experience in the area of Behavioral Health in a medical setting Required
One (1) year of clinical experience or two (2) years of post-doctoral experience in the area of Health Psychology in a medical setting Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in state of practice. This may include licensing in Wisconsin and other state(s) of practice Required
CPR/BLS Required
