Entry-Level Process Technician-PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS MILL (Corinth, MS)

About You

As a manufacturing professional, you have strong mechanical aptitude and deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals.   • Minimum of 18 years of age

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends, and overtime

  • Basic computer skills

  • Demonstrated safety and attendance performance at previous employments

  • Ability to work in a Team Base High Performance Work System

  • Legal right to work in the United States

  • Use available tools and resources to make sound decisions, set priorities, handle conflict, adapt to change and solve problems

  • Be willing to share examples of being strongly committed, self-motivated, an effective communicator, a team player, and a good leader

  • Be able to pass pre-employment assessment

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Three years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment

  • Post secondary education/training (degrees, technical, military)

  • Provide evidence of demonstrated mechanical aptitude

 Starting Hourly Wage: $19.35 USD 

 

Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark includes pay and a full benefits package. The above starting wage offers premium rates on Sundays, is eligible for overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year. You’ll also enjoy the benefits of our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans.
