The Deviation Investigation Writer role at Lonza AG is an outstanding opportunity to join an elite team dedicated to excellence in life sciences! With Lonza’s ongoing growth and daring goals, this position is crucial for maintaining the highest standards in our processes. You will be part of a collaborative environment where your contributions will help uphold our reputation for detailed execution and innovative solutions!
Independently complete deviation reports that do not require investigation.
Conduct minor deviation investigations with mentorship from team leadership.
Provide direction on internal deviation approach, transferring knowledge to elevate team expertise.
Support in real-time decisions for deviation containment and investigative response.
Drive effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of deviations.
Apply advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools like 5 Why and fishbone diagrams.
Achieve >80% deviation reviews Right First Time.
Manage multiple ongoing projects concurrently, ensuring consistent timely delivery.
Facilitate meetings and resolve conflicts effectively.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Proven experience in working within a cGMP environment.
Solid understanding of mammalian processes.
Strong technical writing skills with a committed and productive approach.
Ability to lead low to moderate workloads efficiently.
Outstanding meeting facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
Capability to successfully implement sophisticated RCA tools and methodologies.
Determination to achieve high standards and effective CAPA outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience.
