We are looking for a passionate professional to join our team as the Talent Development Manager as we strive to deliver a world-class employee experience. This role will own and manage Cambia-wide New Employee Onboarding, Performance Management and Feedback solutions in the employee lifecycle. The Talent Development Manager will enable our 4,600 employees and 650 people leaders to be productive, feel connected, and pursue their individual development journey.

What You Bring to Cambia:



Qualifications:


  • The Talent Development Manager shall have 8-10 years of experience in Talent Development/Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.


  • Certifications in HR, Human Centered Design, project/change management or process improvement (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) a plus.


  • Ideally, prior experience with Workday.







Skills and Attributes:

  • Demonstrated success in managing HR programs/projects and delivering quantifiable results.


  • Comprehensive understanding of talent development programs, tools, and practices, and their link to business strategy.


  • Ability to think outside the box, challenge assumptions, and bring new ideas to the table.


  • Excellent project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.


  • Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, derive insights, and develop recommendations based on data analysis.


  • Dedication to building a diverse and inclusive workplace in a hybrid work environment.


  • Proven leadership experience in effectively instructing, coaching, and transferring knowledge to both HR and business partners.


  • Ability to collaboratively identify problems, achieve agreement, and influence across teams to drive results.





What You Will Do at Cambia:

  • Own talent development programs and processes in the areas of New Employee Onboarding, Performance Management, and Feedback.


  • Design and implement solutions, tools, and experiences that meet short-term opportunities and long-term strategies (Talent roadmap, and Cambia's vision, values, and annual goals).


  • Manage and optimize related program execution on our Human Capital Management platform, Workday.


  • Lead talent development initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-friendly implementation that meets company and employee experience goals.


  • Drive engagement and adoption of talent development solutions through effective change management, proactive stakeholder engagement, and monitoring of success metrics.


  • Identify development needs and improvement opportunities for talent solutions, collaborating with partners at all levels.


  • Design and deliver selected learning content, in various settings, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual. Develop and maintain self-service resources for relevant programs on Cambia's intranet.




The expected hiring range for a Learning Consultant Senior is #104,00 - $125,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $103,000 - $168,000. #LI-remote
