Job description:
This is a full-time position responsible for monitoring daily traffic entering and leaving the Tyson of Rogers facility, answering the phone, and transferring calls, constant communication with plant management, truck drivers, vendors, Tyson of Rogers customers, and Team Members as necessary.
This position will also be responsible for ensuring team members entering the facility present their Tyson Badge/ID, team members enter with clear back packs, back packs that are not clear will require checks, proper footwear, lot checks of trailers during their designated hours.
This position is also responsible for monitoring what is being brought into and out of the facility and enforcing Tyson policy if needed.
Other job duties and flexibility of shift changes may be assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience: 6 months preferred.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
Communication Skills: Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate under stressful situations.
