The Knowledge Manager will drive innovative solutions, ensure the integration of knowledge management practices, and support the mission objectives of DEVCOM DAC through strategic planning and technology optimization.
Compensation Minimum: $145,000
Compensation Maximum: $148,000
Job Requirements:
Skills / Experience Required
Active Secret Clearance
Demonstrated expertise in Knowledge Management, including policy development and technology application
Proficiency in statistical analysis, business process improvement, and IT capital planning
Strong communication skills, with the ability to brief stakeholders at all levels
Experience managing web/SharePoint platforms and implementing innovative KM solutions
Willingness to travel less than 10% within the Continental United States (CONUS)
Develop and analyze policies and programs for Knowledge Management (KM), ensuring consistency and compliance with applicable standards. Conduct comparative analyses of commercial and government tools to identify optimal solutions
Utilize advanced statistical and modeling methods to translate management needs into actionable strategies and plans
Analyze policies and information systems for standardization, quality assurance, and integration. Identify and resolve conflicts across functional or technical areas and organizations
Draft, review, and implement directives, regulations, and procedural changes to enhance organizational performance
Apply application and technology management techniques to document, train, monitor, and optimize business processes
Develop roadmaps and best practices to enhance KM capabilities
Support the development of solutions to improve data integration and information flow across functional domains, ensuring alignment with DEVCOM DAC activities
Brief and educate leaders, managers, and technical experts on KM initiatives, fostering innovation and operational improvement
Design and manage web/SharePoint sites, employing advanced KM techniques to solve problems and enhance productivity
Coordinate with Army, sister service, federal, state, and local law enforcement components to facilitate data sharing and resource integration
Maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies and practices in information systems, IT project management, strategic planning, and other related disciplines to support DEVCOM DAC objectives
Collaborate with customers to gather and analyze data requirements, ensuring seamless execution of both classified and unclassified IT services
Education / Certifications

Security Clearance
