Role Definition
Provide operational support to ensure ongoing compliance with the enterprise and business division's ethical standards, policies & procedures, applicable laws & regulations, including the evaluation and examination of the adequacy of internal controls, processes and systems
Responsibilities
Directing and participating in the risk and compliance education of the organization, ensuring ongoing and follow up education including policies, procedures, compliance systems and trends.
Support compliance operational processes and systems for the general functioning of the business unit's compliance program and its related activities.
Identifying potential risk and compliance vulnerabilities; developing corresponding corrective action plans for resolution of these issues and providing reporting and develop KPIs.
Supporting business in assessing and testing compliance risks and implementing controls to mitigate risks.
Skill Required: Risk Management: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization's exposure to risks of various kinds; ability to apply knowledge of risk management appropriately to diverse situations.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Regulatory Environment - Financial Services: Knowledge of regulatory environment; ability to help an organization comply with regulations at the federal, state and local level and follow the organization-specific policies and guidelines, affecting business practices.

Summary Pay Range: $92,880.00 - $160,788.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
