Role Definition

Manages financial and administrative support functions and day-to-day activities to ensure financial

objectives are fully achieved.

Responsibilities

• Assessing existing and proposed financial plans and policies to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness

of the organization's financial administration.

• Identifying areas of concern, bringing significant variances with supporting detail to the attention of

management.

• Analyzing complex financial data; compiling and distributing results into detailed reports.

• Recommending necessary actions to management for establishing and achieving financial objectives.

Degree Requirement

Degree or equivalent experience desired.

• Supervises all aspects of treasury management for Debt Capital Markets and ALM.

• Recommends innovative ways to enhance our funding structure.

• Pursues opportunities to minimize borrowing and banking costs.

• Evaluates alternative treasury management practices used by multiple and diverse organizations.

Summary Pay Range:
$135,240.00 - $237,564.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
