As the Lead, Global Analytics and Forecasting - Dupixent / Itepekimab you're responsible for supporting commercial forecasting activities and reporting of performance/ predictive analytics to leadership. As a part of the Insights and Analytics (I&A) team you will be a strategic player in developing short & long-range sales forecasts for in-line and future indications, while providing analysis of launched asset performance as well as preparing for future launches. You will be responsible for proactively identifying opportunity areas through AI/ML models, claims, SP, and CRM data.

Main Responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance to commercial and brand teams as a subject matter expert in analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate accurate long-term forecasts for Dupixent and Itepekimab.
Analyze brand performance metrics and synthesize insights for leadership, driving data-informed decisions.
Leverage advanced analytics and data science tools to identify opportunities and optimize forecasting models.
Partner with regional forecasting teams to align local deliverables with global strategies.
Design and maintain dashboards and KPI reports to track brand strategy execution and performance.
Supervise and collaborate with hub teams to implement GTMC processes and ensure seamless delivery of insights.
Experience: Background in pharmaceutical/biotech forecasting with extensive experience in pharmaceutical industry data sources (e.g., IQVIA patient-level data, syndicated reports, internal patient services & specialty pharmacy data).
Soft Skills: Proven leadership, communication, and presentation skills combined with the Ability to effectively influence in a highly matrixed environment.
Technical Skills: Excellent analytical and forecasting skills, with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining short- and long-term forecast models.
Proficiency with following: - Analytics and modeling techniques (e.g., Bayesian statistics, Regression, Customer life cycle value, A/B testing) - Programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python, VBA) - Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau).
Additional: Experience in applying data science methodologies to complex quantitative problems.
