Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Produce bakery products for customers
Knowledge of all bakery ingredients
Operate equipment in required area
Clean related equipment and work areas
Produce various batters by mixing recipes, setting up machines, operating machines, lifting product, and measuring ingredients
Maintain a clean work area by scraping machines, washing, using hot-water hose, squeegee, bucket and towel as needed
Removal of all garbage, cardboard and waste as needed
Checking times, temperatures and weights of all batters
Make corrections as needed for out of specification products
