Weatherford is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Record to Report (R2R) Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud implementations and strong IT Business Partner and IT Delivery experience. This individual will play a pivotal role in aligning technology solutions with business strategies, driving end-to-end process optimization, and ensuring the successful deployment and support of Oracle Cloud solutions.


Key Responsibilities:



Leadership and Team Management

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational priorities.
• Foster a collaborative environment, promoting team engagement and professional development.
• Make timely and effective decisions to manage resources, resolve conflicts, and drive program success.

• Provide expert knowledge of end-to-end business process workstreams, particularly in Record to Report (R2R) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
• Oversee the design and configuration of Oracle Cloud solutions to meet current and future business requirements.
• Actively participate in design workshops, providing insights to align system functionality with business needs.

• Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud implementations, from planning and design through execution and stabilization.
• Lead resource planning, issue and risk management, and overall change management strategies.
• Execute and validate test scripts to ensure system reliability and alignment with business goals.
• Review and approve configuration deliverables to maintain quality standards.

• Develop and execute a detailed cut-over plan to ensure a seamless transition to the new Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Serve as the primary functional contact for post-go-live support, addressing user issues, and driving continuous improvement.
• Monitor system performance and adoption to ensure sustained value delivery.

• Act as a trusted IT Business Partner, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication, alignment, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, including Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Strong background in IT Business Partnering and IT Delivery.

• Thorough understanding of Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Record to Report (R2R) solutions.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Functional Configuration and Design.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools for resource management, issue tracking, and risk management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex process and system designs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud solutions and a deep understanding of EPM and R2R processes.
