Role Description
As a Co-op on this team, you'll be part of a group where innovation is your primary responsibility. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of creating groundbreaking products that shape the future of entertainment and connectivity.
This role offers the opportunity to explore new categories and market segments that connect customers to the moments that matter. Your primary focus will be to act as a customer champion to shape the best Xfinity experiences. You will quickly become an expert on the latest technologies, consumer trends, and markets to determine product fit and viable business opportunity for Comcast. To evangelize and gain alignment on a potential new offering, you will bring it to life in the form of a roadmap, concept, or prototype. As opportunities progress, you could lead the product through development, trial, and deployment with a dedicated engineering team.

In this role, you will discover and assess development opportunities by synthesizing insights across consumer needs, competitive landscapes, technology trends, and existing assets.
Based on these learnings, you can determine what need or trend should be prioritized to create a differentiating and value business opportunity to millions. This could be a product or experience that lines up with Xfinity's core lines of business or be an adjacent business opportunity - that priority is driven by you!

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Discover and assess new development opportunities using a repeatable framework for evaluation.
Synthesizing insights across consumer needs, competitive landscapes, technology trends, and existing assets to craft unique product strategies.
Deliver product vision with a differentiating value proposition and customer experience against key competitors.
Develop a compelling business case that offers strategic, financial, and customer driven outcomes.
Serves as a subject-matter expert and customer enthusiast for the product experience.
Passionately story tell customer and business benefits to gain alignment and priority for resources and funding.
Write detailed product requirements, both from a user experience and technical perspective, to guide the development team.
Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on strategic alignment and potential impact.
Leverage experience in rapid prototyping to quickly bring concepts to life, hosting engaging demos of work in progress that excite stakeholders and secure future buy-in.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 31, 2025 through September 19, 2025.
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)
