As a Maintenance Technician IIII you will:
Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
Lift up to 35lbs.
Correctly interpret work orders.
Work in a team environment, i.e. follow instructions and assist others as needed.
Perform all levels of equipment repair.
Work with production to prioritize repairs.
Performs advanced troubleshooting.
Install, calibrate, trouble shoot, and program PLC for various equipment.
Dismantle and inspect production equipment as needed.
Interface with vendors and contractors (equipment repairs, facilities, etc.)
Provide leadership and training to lower-level employees.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Cleans work area, tools, and equipment. Area Cleanliness/Organization (6S)
Performs other routine duties as assigned.
This is a Full-Time 1st Shift Opportunity.
Pay Rate: $35-40/hr
The ideal candidate will have:
The ability to read and write English.
Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Advanced technical knowledge of controls and interfaces.
The ability to navigate intranet to locate process documents - basic computer skills
Typically, 10+ Years of Experience.
GED or High school diploma preferred but not required.
PLC programming preferred.
