We are located at 100 Cummings Center, Beverly, MA. As a Family Medicine office, we provide physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for all ages, from infants through adults.



Job Summary
We are seeking a full time, 40- hour Lead Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our practice onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.


Under direct supervision of the Practice Manager, the Lead is responsible for site alignment with organizational mission, vision, and strategic goals within the MGB Medical Group while managing all aspects of front desk operations and collaboratively leading and supervising front-end staff team members to achieve targets.



Qualifications


Required:




  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting

  • High School Diploma






Additional Job Details (if applicable)


Preferred:


  • 2 Years of supervisory experience, including the ability to train and mentor others

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
