DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collect and analyze data on established and prospective customers, brands, markets, and competitors.

1. Identify, explain, and project sales and profitability trends by brand, category, and channel.

1. Support new brand analysis; identify risk and potential by channel.

1. Responsible for managing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting databases.

1. Design and collect marketing and sales information using surveys, industry resources, and benchmarks.

1. Recommend updates to needed customer and product information in route accounting software.

1. Maintain data integrity by analyzing and auditing data across sales systems.

1. Provide analytical sales support and proactively provide information on systemic sales issues and market trends.

1. Recommend SOPs, process improvements, and lean principles to ensure efficiency of analysis and speed to end user.

1. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Possess and display Coastal Beverage Company’s Core Values at all times:

2. Possess education equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree plus five years similar related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3. Possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Possess the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

4. Possess the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

5. Possess the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

6. Possess the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

7. Possess the ability to maintain regular and punctual in-person attendance to allow for collaboration and engagement with teams.

While performing the functions of this job, the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to

25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.
