Senior Estimator


Commercial Construction Estimator position open in Orlando FL.

Your new role


As Estimator, you will be responsible for the project costing, negotiation with vendors, take offs and budgets.
You will work with the pre-construction team to create successful bids, and you will then communicate with other operational team leaders, liaising with sub-trades, consultants, engineers and client representatives.


What you will need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience working as a Estimator


• Ground up construction experience required


• Ability to multi-task and drive on time, on budget results


• Strong communication skills
