Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing healthcare construction projects valued at $20 million or more. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
Maintain a safe and secure work environment by enforcing safety standards and protocols.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
