Your new role


As a Civil Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing, assisting, and monitoring the overall construction work for all assigned water/wastewater projects. This includes updating project schedules, managing labor costs, and coordinating self-performance and subcontractor work. You will ensure a safe workplace, control job progress, oversee field productivity, and communicate regularly with Project Management to troubleshoot job challenges and provide updates.

What you'll need to succeed

• High School Diploma or GED (B.S. in Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred)


• 7+ years of experience in water/wastewater construction


• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Detail-oriented mindset


• Willingness to travel
