Your Role



The Quality Control Supervisor for Sample Logistics will be responsible for:


  • Supervising the QC Sample Logistics team, coordinating sample logistics activities to distribute materials and documentation promptly and accurately to the analytical laboratories.

  • Promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous process improvement.

  • Establishing objectives and develop personnel to ensure operations are in compliance with

  • Quality Systems guidelines and customer requirements.

  • Managing department process workflows to meet business needs.

  • Selecting, training, developing, motivating, and evaluating employees.

  • Leading and participating in process improvement efforts.




Who You Are




Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or other Life Science discipline

  • 1+ years of lab experience in Analytical Chemistry, Life Science or Chemical industry




Preferred Qualifications:



  • Prior leadership training



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Management skills - planning, organizing, delegating and decision making

  • Demonstrated role model behavior and motivational skills

  • Conflict resolution and teaching skills

  • Regulatory skills - excellent documentation, attention to detail, communication, and interpretation

  • Proficiency with SAP

  • Database and data analytics skills

  • Technical knowledge in chemistry, biochemistry or life sciences with emphasis on analytical methodology

  • Knowledge of chemical hazards and safety policies

  • Knowledge of Process Improvement methods and techniques
