As a Project Director you will ensure enterprise project/program management is consistently planned, managed, and governed. You will align initiatives with business objectives, collaborate across organizations, ensure efficient resource allocation, and promote continuous improvement. You will drive project success, maintain standards, and enhance organizational project management maturity.



We are looking for a
Project Director
who will:



  • Provides strategic direction, including internal and external governance, leadership, program level tracking and monitoring, prioritization, communication, and quality controls.


  • Ability to execute successful project delivery, improve project management practices and substantial team leadership experience with a focus on team development. Will run the CSG solution large programs and Complex programs with third parties and client retained estates with integration needs.


  • Expected to sponsor/create/lead initiatives benefiting the delivery of product enhancements, as well as mentorship and collaboration with less experienced PMs.


  • Responsible for managing complex programs and projects involving multiple stakeholders, product owners and delivery methods, identifying delivery conflicts, ensuring a robust control and governance framework for delivery and leading the client relationship throughout the delivery process.


  • Initiates and approves the project documentation, delivery approach, and success criteria, and provides input to the SDR (solution delivery review) for internal program approval.


  • Creates and executes the program approach and planning to deliver against the objectives and targets of client and CSG and coordinates multiple related components and projects.


  • Responsible for project/program budget planning and adherence, provides metrics and reporting to ensure projects are on track, and implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.


  • Communicates effectively with the teams and stakeholders, and facilitates senior level discussions and meetings, both internal and external.





Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, related field or equivalent experience


  • 10+ years of experience managing projects and/or service delivery


  • 5+ years of program management experience in managing large implementation/software development projects


  • Expert level understanding and anticipation of the client's needs and an in-depth understanding of client facing software delivery life cycle (SDLC) management at program level


  • Experience in managing program budgets and delivering services revenue and margin


  • Experience in performing a consultative subject matter expert (SME) role in relation to technical aspects of the program.


  • Experience in building strong working relationships with clients, facilitating project and program discussions, and working through challenging issue resolution topics.


  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.

Position Pay Range:



This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$139,203.52-$222,725.84


This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
